A tip o' the hat to Moms today. Click here to read an article in School Library Journal titled "My Mom, the Librarian." It highlights several famous Americans whose mothers happen to be librarians. It even gives a shout out to Jane Saliers, retired Children's Librarian from the Ponce de Leon Branch who happens to be the mother of Emily, one half of music duo the Indigo Girls.
