K1 Book Club for Kids Meets on Tuesday

Do you want your children to become lifelong readers? One of the ways in which you can help your child is by taking them to the library on a regular basis. Most everyone knows that libraries offer story times, but did you know that the Roswell Library has three types of book clubs for children? Yes! Not one, not two, but three book clubs for kids!

The K1 Book Club meets this Tuesday, February 2 @ 4:00 p.m. K1 Book Club is a book discussion group for children in kindergarten and 1st grade. At the meeting, everyone will read a book together and do activities related to the book. No advance preparation is needed. Just call the Roswell Library at 770.640.3075, ask for the Children's Department and let them know your child would like to join us.

Later this month, the Reading Pals Book Club (2nd and 3rd graders) and the Talk It Up Book Club (4th and 5th graders) will meet. More details will be posted as we get closer to the dates. In the meantime, visit the Friends of the Roswell Library's website to learn more about the exciting programs for children this winter and spring!
